And what's more, Chuck you are risking having a Heart Attack and / or Old Age Onset Diabetes being overweight. You are not smoking as well, I hope ? I should know, having had a minor one August 2003 at the age of 74 ! Stopped smoking 38 years ago and my weight was only 14 lbs over what it should have been. Not getting enough exercise also does not help !!! Got a treadmill now, feeling like a Hamster in his cage ! Done something about all that and my Blood Pressure and Blood Glucose are normal, only having to take one pre-cautious harmless anti-clotting pill daily. Your blood pressure when resting should be below 140/90 !!! Mine at the moment of writing this is 138/78, measured with one of these wrist monitors.Take Care, O t t o !!!

Hi Chuck:
Know this is not important to this forum, however it is to my friends here!Know we don"t see eye to eye on a lot of things. Please, espically if you were ever on flat tops in Nam get a check up now and again. Just lost another friend to the big C! lots of AO exposure. Know we all took baths in the stuff. It still hurts when you loose a buddy, no matter what "they" say George
