I ordered the BN Heritage Pack via download and it worked fine. Your mileage may vary. Anyone ordered and received a CD from these folks?

Well, I ordered KHP2 on CD back on 11/16, and it is still on back order. They don't know when they'll be getting any in, and it takes them an average of 1 1/4 days to answer my emails....I think I'll be cancelling my order through them because I see that MLT's site is back online.Shawn

RE: MLT's website

I don't know how it's being done now, but I know that MLT are now handling all their own sales via download. I know Jason made a post back in October (before he left MLT)stating that he would not be sending any more CD shipments to Digital River, but what they had in their inventory would be sold off.
I'm guessing if you're getting back order notices, the product is no longer in stock and you'll need to order directly from MLT. I doubt DR will be getting another shipment so you're probably better off to cancel and go direct.James.

I logged on their site on Wednesday, and successfully purchased a copy (download) of Cascade Crossing. Seemed to be working fine.MC

My advice is the same as what was given to me above. Cancel your current order and re-order direct throught MLT. I waited two weeks on my backorder and then cancelled. I had the product I ordered through MLT in about 10 minutes (thanks to a high-speed connection and instantaneous download from MLT's E-store).Shawn

RE: MLT's website

Call or email the place that you ordered from and tell them you want to cancel. You'll need to have your order number handy.Shawn
