I have noticed that there is a pretty neat motorized baggage cart on the Raton route (well actually basing this off of a photo found here). Is this a default shape, as in it is somewhere on the Train Sim CD? Or do I need to download Raton to get it? I don't have any of the default routes installed, and as a result I don't have Raton either as it needs them to fully install. But I do have the MSTS CD and was hoping this neat little cart was a default shape. If it is, what is the name and where can it be found (Usa1 or 2)?Here is a pic posted a while ago by Texas Eagle 550 that shows the little cart.I hope this is default, if it is not would someone be willing to email me the shape and ace files? I would love to have this for Cajon and maybe even the soon to come Surfliner route. It looks just like what Amtrak uses, and I'd like to use it too Email is doti102@chapman.edu Gmail is SouthwestChief@gmail.com Matt Doti

Sounds good, well when I get home I'll check the CD to see if I can find it. Just hope the shape and ace names are logical, like "baggage_cart", we'll see. Matt Doti

Matt, the shape file is named "trolley" (nope, not logical) or similar if my memory doesn't fail me. Use RouteRiter, under graphics, view .s, to see a preview of the shape file. Then use RouteRiter's file utils, copy .s to another route, to copy the .s, .sd and associated .ace files, and to update the .ref file of the route of your choice with the new shape in one simple go.Lukas a.k.a Swissie

Wow, I never new RouteRiter could do that. Man I've been copying and pasting and even worse changing the refs for all this time....live and learn I guess Matt Doti

I agree, Mattand some of the tools over here make learning and customizing MSTS so much more rewarding. RouteRiter simply the "must-have-tool" out there. Guess because it is so versatile, and still growing!Copy/Pasting the .s and .sd, and editing the .ref is one part of the story - before RR I had the hardest time figuring out which .ace files I needed to copy, and decompressing an .s file in ShapeFileManager to read it in WordPad, and then fetching all the .ace files, including seasonal textures etc. could make the process of importing a lot of shape files very frustrating.Lukas a.k.a Swissie
