I ran a long 95 car coal train with all the same hoppers on it. I am using 3d perfection sound files. The sound from the hoppers in the back of the train I can hear but from the middle of the train forward, no sound. Is there any solution to this problem? Thanks, paul

RE: sound problems

Paul,I'm no sound expert but are you using the random sound for this hopper. I think it is best to useone of the 3DPMgensound(9-011) files as this randomises the sounds. If the same sound is trying to be generated by dozens of trucks you can get cancellation and all sorts of weird effects.Jon

RE: sound problems

Hi,I agree. I have run 100 car coal trains, but I am using one of the random 3DPM sound sms files. This seems to keep things working.Bryce
