Gaetan's Amtrak F40PH Problems

Gaetan's Amtrak F40PH Problems – image 1

I just downloaded and installed Gaetan's F40PH and cabview and sounds. I noticed in the common cab folder that came with the download the Cabview is of 3DTS SD70M! So when I ran the engine I had a cabview of the 3DTS SD70M cab. Also the sounds wont work when your outside the engine. Im not sure whats going on. Any help would be great.Ryan

I downloaded Gaetan's F40PH too. I didn't have any problems with the sound, but the cabview I got was also 3DTS' SD70M cab.

Ryan,I also checked Gaetan's F40PH, which I already had installed, but hadn't used yet. It looks great and it sounds great. inside and out, just like all of Gaetan's locos. Try reinstalling it.BTW, if you read the readme, Gaetan does thank 3DTS for the use of their cabBill

Yes it's right , i use the 3DTS cab because i don't find
good inside cab take in right position for make my own cabGaetan

If you have the 3DTS Cajon Pass expansion pack 1, I would alias the cab to the F40's that came with that.

It's more appropriate for a freight engine...
Just look at the speedo and lack of cabsignals...Probably the best they had to work with when they built the CJ Pass set....

Yes West Springfield, MA on the CSX Boston Line. Also Gaetan I didnt know that VIA had a cab like that so now I know why you used it. Thanks alot for the help.Ryan
