A few weeks ago there was a thread discussing changing sunrise/set times etc. And the question was asked as to whether it was possible to change the sunrise/sunset times etc in MSTS with Route-Riter if Kosmos environments were already installed. At the time I did not think this was possible, however on checking the code, I now find that this does work OK, however the filenames are changed, and no longer appear to be Kosmos files. What RR does is to check the 12 .env files listed in the route's .trk file, back them up, then rename them to
SummerClear.env, SummerRain.env, SummerSnow.env and so on.However they are still the same files as installed by Kosmos, and still give you the greatly enhanced skies etc.Mike

RE: Kosmos - Route_Riter

Just remember, that if you set up a new environment in Kosmos you have to set the sunrise/sunset time in Route Riter again.

RE: Kosmos - Route_Riter

Also for those in the Southern hemisphere, there was a problem with the sunset/sunrise times in RR. This has been fixed in the latest .exe file on my site.Mike
