Aug-26-01, 05:20 PM (EST) "Microsoft Support???" Anyone advise me where you send errors/bug reports for MSTS? I have been going round in circles at the MS support web site, I reckon it is designed that way so you cannot contact them )This is to do with my previous post "Irritating Problem".Kind regards,Andy

Aug-27-01, 03:42 AM (EST) 2. "RE: Microsoft Support???" Hi HentisThe problem is not in running the program, that runs beautifully, the problem is in the installer. See my post "Irritating Problem".The e-mail support option only works if an error occurs whilst running the software!Kind regards,Andy

Aug-28-01, 07:45 AM (EST) 3. "RE: Microsoft Support???" I had a problem installing due to what was later found out to be a bad cd2. After some initial problems navigating to the right tech-support place, I managed to send an e.mail to them with a description of my problem. The reply was speedy and accurate, and since I got a new cd2 from the retailer where I bought MSTS it's benn running perfectly. Just invest a little time in navigating the support pages, it's worth it.
