Hi everyone!my son deleted a loco out of trainset.(gone out of recycle bin also).now every time he launches MSTS,we get error reading train data base, and shows the deleted loco file in the trainset folder that its still looking for?Anyone know how to fix?I sure would appreciate the input.Thanx in advance to those responding!MIke/TRAINDAD
Mike: The loco is part of 1 or more consists. If you have Route Control, run it and the faulty consists will be placed in a back up folder. Then you can run TS with the error message. You can open the folder and replace the engine when you feel like it.Cyndi
Hi TRAIN DAD !It would be easier for a Newcomer, looking at the number of your Posts, to send me an E-Mail with the name of the Trainset you have deleted, quoted by MSTS's Error message and I shall E-Mail you a copy of it. Would save you having to learn a lot quickly about what Cyndi suggested ! Use the "Click to send EMail" Icon at the top of my message.O t t o
