Aug-19-01, 03:47 PM (EST) "Conflict between MSTS and the Eeditor." Why do the same errors appear in the editor as they do in the actual game?
The errors that occurred in downloading routes and activiies, even though corrected in the game, still exists in the editor even though the editor has not been touched; therefore the editor eventually sends you to "send you to Microsoft" without creating anything; even "just exploring"! I can't use the editor. I have reinstalled the simulator over a dozen times and all is well until a faulty prone route or activity is downloaded and installed. The best solution is to have a separate creator program. Eample: Abracadata's programs 3D Mastster and 3D C&D.Alex

Aug-20-01, 01:58 PM (EST) 2. "RE: Conflict between MSTS and the Eeditor." Nel,
I know there are one unit, but why is it that when the error messages are removed from the "Running" mode why aren't the same messages removed from the Editor at the same time? I will try your suggestion and see what happens. I can see doing something wrong in the editor, but the error messages appear before opening a route, etc. Thanks!Alex
