A fix file for the FBL Morning Passenger activity that was available in the downloads this morning, has been uploaded. It supplies a missing consist file and the ReadMe contains a couple of extra downloads needed, plus suggesting a foldername for the Maersk container wellcar set to be unzipped into, so it works with the activity without hassle.sorry for this oversight, but it was my very first upload of an activity, and two downloaders kindly gave me some feedback on the activity, which I've taken steps to action the couple of minor problems. The two guys seemed to be happy with the activity.Regards...Jim McDermott
Jim,I'm at a loss here, my version of your activity doesn't call for that consist. I've checked it out with both ConBuilder and RouteRider. And it started up ok. Go figure.Mike

Go figure. > >Mike I made some changes to the activity yesterday, someone working over the activity with Route Control said that there was a missing consist file, and I noted that the consist of a BN Alco C-425 & BN GP-38 with 55 mixed cars, was not actually included in the traffic list, even though I had made the consist, and set it to appear and pass the player consist at Joshua's Cradle before being able to leave on your way to Fort Fairfax, but problems arose, as there was the Intermodal Hotshot waiting for you to clear the main towards the tunnel after departing Joshua's Cradle, and the player train's path out of the platform loop refused to set for the freight, so I removed the freight from the traffic list temporarally, and somehow must have overlooked replacing it.I actually did this yesterday evening, and got the freight to pass the player train on the double-track section preceeding Lena's Mining, while the RDC passenger crossed you at the end of that section first as originally planned. I've updated the whole activity to only include the C-425/GP-38 freight, but have now decided to include a long freight to pass you on arrival in Fort Fairfax, or just before arrival. The next, and final update will be the last for this activity I hope, and I've had some praise for how it's performed so far, it seems. Face it, even though an activity might work just fine for you, who create them, and send them to Train-Sim.com for others to share, it often happens that for them, things don't always go as they did for yourself, for various reasons. Timing can be critical in a lot of cases to be honest. That explain a few things ?Regards..Jim McDermott
Jim,Well, that explained alot of things! Just joking, thanks for the answer and I am really enjoying your activity, you did a real fine job - nothing to be sorry for!Mike
Jim, get a couple of people that would be willing to test your activities before you release them. This has saved me a lot of heartburn and headaches.
