Hi Macey. You must be a brit as we in the US call all non powered rail vehicles cars. I assume you are talking about passenger cars and the most accurate answer is none. Berks (2-8-4) were primarily freight engines being a heavy version of a Mikado (2-8-2) allowing for a larger and heavier fire box. Nearly all passenger engines in the US had 4 wheel leading trucks such as the Pacific (4-6-2) and Mountain (4-8-2). However, I am quite sure that Berks were used for passenger service from time to time - they are used for passenger excursions to this day. Mostly used on eastern RRs the most likely passenger equipment would be modernized heavy wieght passenger cars (PM, C&O, or B&O perhaps) or early light weight cars from the same area. Also probably not a major named train - most RRs would have used a streamlined 4-8-2 or 4-8-4 or a shiny new PA or E diesel set in this era for their best trains. By the way the C&O had a bunch of these but they called them "Kanawhas". A historical note: the Berks got thier name from the fact that the first demonstration runs pulled heavy trains over the Berksire mountains. Be Seeing you.
Michael
