Ok now you have me wanting to know , Will it have a Custom Cab Forward cab ? Great!! I really am having a hard time containing myself ...especially since it appears that you're going to synch the chuffing with the wheels. There may be more, but the only steam loco I've encountered with synchronized sounds thus far is the D&RGW K-36 Mikado in the File Library (k36_487.zip)... and what an absolute pleasure it is to operate because of that. Though it's hardly *big* steam, it's become my favorite steam loco because of the remarkably enhanced palpability brought about by the realistic sounds.Keep up the great work Brad.

John, If you delve into uktrainsim you can get Stuart Williamsons 2 cylinder sound set which can give synchronised sounds to ALL your steam locos - It's great!!Regards, Nick (UK)

In fact, I like the sounds and the excellent synchronisation so much that I have aliased a couple of other steam locomotives to the K36 sound files as well. Bruce.

>Bruce. Yes... I considered doing that also Bruce, but if there's one thing I'd like to see improved in the K36 is the presence of its whistle. It sounds too distant to these old ears (btw, you and I are about the same age Bruce)and of course that whistle might sound comical on a huge loco. Wish I were more familiar with sound files so I could make mods as needed.I'm still looking for other locos with sound synchronization and if I find others, I'll pass them along.Thanks again for your note Bruce.

OK, I have a suggestion about the cabview. How about when you hit the #1 key, it would show you the controls. When you pressed the cursor left button, it would take you to the fireman's view out the front. When you hit the cursor right button, it would take you to the engineer's forward view. Is the AC12 going to be released as part of a new route, or will it be as part of an add on for Tehachapi II or Cajon Pass? Also will there be vintage freight equipment for it to pull?Duncan
