How to open Jet Train doors?

Hey, all. I know that the cars to the new NALW are repaints of the ones in the file library, whose doors opened when you put the pantograph down. Seeing as the Jet Train doesn't use pantographs, how do you make the doors open? >Matt,Because the Jet Train is defined as a Diesel to MSTS, which is necessary in order to eliminate the need for wires, then that particular animation is disabled by the Physics engine...
In other words that animation only works on sets powered by Electric Engines.... SorryChuck Schneider

I know it's not exactly part of this topic, but one other train that's in development, the M-1/M-3 series, WILL have animated doors, using the same method as the Acela model 2.Stuart D. Guberman

Let me just say, as much as i have not had any real trouble that prevented me from enjoying MSTS, i CANNOT say that there weren't things they could have done to INCREASE that enjoyment! Animations are one of my biggest pet-peeves with MSTS. Honestly, what i REALLY wish they had done was left in some kind of "hook" that allowed a door animation to trigger off of the <ENTER> key. So that when you hit <ENTER> to load/unload passengers, the doors could open at that point. Hearing stories on the E3 presentation, i am HOPING that MSTS2 remedies this, as there are rumors that people will get on and off the train at stops.Likewise, i do not like the fact that we have nothing in the loco world that would allow us to maintain a constant radiator fan RPM....Anyway, that's my rant about the small frustrations of MSTS. It's all just eye-candy in the end, but hey - ain't that what the modelers specialize in? ------ BUZZ ------

I guess if you put it below a electric locomotive, then the door can open. Use diesel loco as head, no way.
