Check out screen shots of the Santa Fe Marceline Subdivision combined with the N&W joint trackage across north central Missouri.http://www.train-sim.com/dcforum/DCForumID6/9700.htmlThere is also an earlier thread, look for a similar title....both sets have plenty o' screen shots! The route features both railroads as they existed in the early to mid-1980's.Santa Fe line begins east of Marceline and includes the division point yard. Continuing west, the line joins the N&W west of Carrollton, Missouri, at WB Junction. N&W and Santa Fe shared maintenance and trackage from here westward to C.A. Junction (Camden, Mo.) with triple track operations possible from Norborne to CA Junction.Santa Fe trackage continues west-southwestward to Sheffield Interlocking on the Kansas City Terminal featuring the Mo. Public Service power plant next to the Missouri River crossing at Sibley, Cement City, and the Amoco Refinery at Sugar Creek.N&W trackage continues west from C.A. Junction through Orrick, Maxwell (junction with BN), Missouri City, South Liberty, Volts (featuring the intermodal and auto-loading facilities there!), Caves (with the Ford branch to the Claycomo Ford Plant) and on into Avondale Yard in North Kansas City.East of WB, the NW trackage continues east to Brunswick, Missouri (a small yard is located here along with several river terminal elevators).A special added attraction is the Rock Island/CNW crossing west of Volts and it is extended to meet the terminal trackage at Sheffield and features the Missouri River drawbridge (lift span). All trackwork is completed (save some "tweaking") and roads/rivers are complete from C.A. Junction to the extreme east end of track on both railroads.I anticipate making the initial public beta release over this next weekend or early next week (June 23rd)....Enjoy!

Bushwah! Who could go right with the Santa Fe? I mean, do they even get close to the Atlantic Ocean?I am, of course, certain that he really meant to say that you can't go wrong with Norfolk & Western. A curse on all those who, in the words of one chap on a newsgroup, "bleed red and silver"!
