Aug-03-01, 08:37 PM (EST) "Marias pass passengers and freight problems" i did a passenger run and when i stopped at a staion i couldnt unload or pick up passengers i also have the same problem with freight. The station displays the next station and the time i should arrive but when i get there i can unload or pick. When i leave it displays the default time i left and not the actul time that i left. Did this activity through the consist editor. Also i have done the ne corridor through the editor and i had no problems. Aug-04-01, 05:27 PM (EST) 1. "RE: Marias pass passengers and freight problems" In the consist editor i choose eastbound traffic train path i ticked all stations. When i get to the first station i can pickup and unload when i go to the second station i can not pickup or unload. If i happen to miss the second station and i reverse back it say there no path. And this happens on most paths i choose in the conist editor however on the the eastbound traffic train i can pickup and unload at the first station but after that at the next station i cant and this continues at every other station. I have ticked all the stations in the consist editor to stop at. This very bizzare the only thing i can think of is maybe the files are corrupt or maybe i am doing something wrong in the editor but considering i dont have any problems in the Ne corridor i dont think i am making any mistakes. I have reinstall the game several times but no success. The only other thing i can try is if any one could give me the files for Marias pass and maybe i could see if this will work through the editor. I assume the consist editor is using the marias pass files. Any other suggestions are most welcome because i am really trying to find the cause of this problem. "RE: Marias pass passengers and freight problems" not being able to unload and pickup on Marias b/c the stations are not long enough, if your train will not fit in the platform length, MSTS will not let you unload/load passengers. "RE: Marias pass passengers and freight problems" I don't think that is true , because i know i had stopped passenger trains at stations on say the tokyo route that the staion platform was not long enough for the train, and i was unable to load and unload passengers. "RE: Marias pass passengers and freight problems" I was able to take a 13-car Superliner train through Marias Pass and load/unload at each and every station (that Amtrak stops at anyway) except Essex. And i found out why. Go into the Activity editor, and i can't remember if it is a right-click or a double click, but one of those (and i don't think this is in the path editor, i think you can do that right at the main map) brings up a window that specifys what is waiting at the platform. Essex had 0 passengers, so i upped the number to something like 5. Lo and behold, it works now. Also, i use the platform on the siding, as i've never rode the real route, but Amtrak's schedule has the name of that hotel in parenthesis for the Essex stop - and the platform on the siding is right in front of that hotel in the game. The only other station i am not sure about is Browning, as per Amtrak's schedule, that station doesn't re-open until Oct. 1st, i think.---- BUZZ Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

I was able to pick up and unload passaengers at Whitefish and at Whitefish platform but i couldnt unload or pick up at Columbia falls and i had this up to 5 passengers and then i tried again and increased the passengers to 10 but i still couldnt pick up or unload i then went to the next station Conkelly where i was albe to pick up and unload and thats as far as i have got at the moment. Do you have any explanation for why i am having trouble with columbia falls. And these problems i am having are these bugs. Aug-12-01, 07:40 AM (EST) 9. "RE: Marias pass passengers and freight problems" I had this similar problem at some other station (don't recall which). In looking at the station in Route Editor I noticed that the green bracket that designates the station was ridiculously short. Most other station designation brackets were much longer.
