I've purchased the newest commercial add-on, the Pro Train 3. This is so far the best of the series. In this program the sound department got a special attention, which give us extremely realistic sounds while driving on welded rails. Even the older electric locomotives with mechanical tap changer got outstanding sounds of the switching action inside the engine compartment. On the other hand, the accurate catenary and very rich scenery brings the computer really on the knees, therefore P4 2.26 GHz with GF4 Ti4600 is simply underpowered, which is exhibited by frequent frame rate drops, almost along all the Munchen - Stuttgart route. Many activities. But in this version for the first time there is a feeling of something real, maybe the sound contributes to this feeling, maybe very dense scenery with lot of AI activity along. I wish MSTS would have a more efficient graphics engine, because this jerkiness is sometimes very annoying. Adam
