RE: The GS4 Freight cab and sound mods

patahnkful1:I don't know if this will help but I hope it does. Be sure that the Cabview folder has the ESE.CVF file along with all the other view files (ace files), this is the view the eng files looks for. And be sure the sound folder has ESEcab.sms, ESEeng.sms, and ESEwagt.sms along with all the other sound files (wav files), these are the sound files that the eng file and wag files look for. You can use different cvf and sms files if they are renamed to the proper ones listed above and are in the proper location, or if the eng and wag file referances to view and sound are renamed to the new file name and locaton. Warning: only attempt this if you know what you are doing and have done it successfully before. You could realy mess things up. I hope this helps you with your problem with not getting the ESE cab to work. I'll check this site tommorrow night, I mean tonight, as it's almost 2am here on the west coast and I need to get some sleep. As I mentioned you do need to have the ESE installed on your system. LOLHappy and Safe Railroading to ya.
