Not sure what your asking. I'm guessing you want a setting for the video card?

Hi Marcus,It would appear the all systems are different. You will have to experiment with the setting as on some systems it causes a performance hit as well.Derek

Not sure of what you're asking but if you have RailDirver, the anti-aliasing has to be turned off in order for the red HUD display to work. As for the video card, we need more specs (brandname and type) in order for us to help you out.

ANTIALIASING settings have little effect if any with my TI-4600 and it's 30.82 driver in DX-8.2 and can not be used with the RAILDRIVER as already mentioned. It is the ANISOTROPIC settings which make a lot of difference, also helping to reduce or prevent MOIRE / SHIMMERING on mid-distance Tracks.I find x4 the best with my card. Anything higher tends to get Text in selection menus out of focus. The DESKTOP Shortcut for TRAIN.EXE also needs a Command Line Switch added to the "Target Line" after the last " and a "Space" /anisotropic if your card supports it.The general machine specs, other than MoBo RAM and the CPU, play no role in displaying Graphics Quality, the CPU handling only instructions given to it by the Graphics Card the latter can not handle due to the amount of RAM on the card. The CPU doing so of course slows down other MSTS processes it has to handle. Not enough RAM on the MoBo, the overworked CPU being forced to use slow on-disk Virtual Memory, affects Graphics and general Performance but not Graphics Quality. For better performance, the more RAM on the Graphics Card and on the Motherboard the better.O t t o.
