I just finished searching for a particular loco in the file library. Lo and behold, there was not a single Conrail loco in the library. Have I missed something?

I guess I just didn't know the proper sequence. I just checked it again with the following results.Search on the word locomotives. The result; 218 hits none of them being Conrail.Search on Conrail and you get 113 hits and they include locomotives.I guess I am not too swift but thanks for the help!

We all had problems at first but with time you'll get good at it.There are alot of people here that will help guide you along the way.If in doubt about something don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks fellas. I am not really a newbie. I was expecting someone to comment on the post discussing what I did. Is there an error in the expectation that a search on locomotives should produce some Conrail hits?

If you search just the locomotive files for the word CONRAIL you should come up with all of the Conrail locos in the library and nothing else.

when you searched with the word "locomotive" it only found files with that name in the file description which is why it didn't turn up a lot of files. a better way to search all locomotives for MSTS is to use the word "MSTS" in your search screeny thingy and choose to search the locomotive section only.joe
