Can Someone Tell me where to get Australian Routes & Trains? (I have the S-Set for Sydney)Or even beter, can someon make the Adelaide & Sydney Routes? and the Adelaide Trains? Thanks!

No Australian Routes have been made that I know of at this stage. Hi Trainsim12,I have been working on the route for Sydney's Cityrail network for about 3 months now. I have all the track layed down, about 650 km of rail, and am working on the scenery items, models and laying of roads.When i have released version 1 of the route for Sydney I will then expand the track to Woolongong, Newcastle and the Blue Mountains which will be available in version 2.Have a look in the route designer section for posts i have made in the last few months. I will be announcing my website in the next week where screenshots and daily updates will be available of the Sydney Cityrail route.I know there are other Australian routes in progress but I have no idea what stage they are in. Hopefully some of them will reply and let you know how they are progressing.

You might want to give Trainz a try. It is made in Australia and has plenty of add-on routes. It doesn't have steam and sound and cabs are not as good as MSTS and it requires a good computer to run it on. Hope this helps.Kin_3

Tried it. Good program with great graphics, I agree with the point you made about not having a workable cab which was put me of it a little.Besides My wife already says I play MSTS all the time, When would I find time for Trainz as well ?

Not an Adelaide to Syndey Route! LOL I mean the Route for Adelaide! (Perferable Adelaide to Gawler Central!)
I did try out the Tramway for Sydney. but there were like 493 ACE/S Files Missing (yes, I did copy all the Routes that I had to)

It's strange - I would have thought there would be Australian routes and indeed payware add-ons available by this stage - I mean, we have loads of American and European stuff - never heard of any Asian payware packages though - but Australia is a popular and important place - I know there's alot of freeware stuff available but I think it's a shame we haven't cottoned on started putting stuff out commercially! Come on Aussies!!Like they say - let's hope there's some exciting stuff out there - cos there's bugger all down here on Earth!! (Monty Python)

Hi Trainsim12
I had to reinstall my computer and I downloaded laperouse tramline to get it back onto my system the other day. I had no problem getting it to work using the rather complicated install routine. I know many others who got the thing to work so Im not sure how you got missing ace files.Im hoping when i get the final version done, there will be an easy install. In the meantime Im working on another tramway route in the sydney district. I dont want to say too much about it as yet in case the project flops. Lets just say it doesnt use electric trams More info will follow in the near future.kind regards
