Reading Topic #14516
Hey everyone, I just recently moved home from college for Christmas break, and I went ahead and installed MSTS on my home PC. But for some reason, when I tried to start it afterward, it wouldn't start and asked me to send an error report. Anyone have any ideas what might be up?

May be something quite basic. go to Start/programs/etc and look on the MSTS troubleshooter section.David

I recall similar reports when MSTS first came out. Problem was a very few files were incorrectly installed as blanks by SETUP, i.e. they had to look to see if any filesizeS were listed as 0 KB in explorer. If so they reinstalled, sometimes temporarily unchecking the DMA box for CDROM in device manager during SETUP was the cure.
