While running the CP 995 Activity for Kicking Horse Pass, I am not sure if the Banff pickup/setoff is supposed to stop two trains (one is mine, the other is on the west end). I believe I have completed the pickup and setoff and have my whole train together facing westward toward the standing train on the main, but I have a stop signal and I presume the other train has a stop signal as well. There is no other train on the opposite end of the Banff siding.Ken

RE: CP 995 Kicking Horse Pass Activity Problem

Ken, Look in the readme to get an idea of when you should meet each AI train. AI 992 should have passed you at Banff (0928) even before you did your setout and pick up. You should be leaving Banff by 0950 and into Massive by 1010 where you will meet 402 at 1015 or so. This activity depends completely on the player adhering to the schedule in order to meet the AI trains where you are set to do so. Hope this helps.

Yes Sharon, I was on the Banff passing siding (#1) clear of the main and of all western yard switches. CP 992 did show up and stopped at the west signal as I was not fouling. Think this might have something to do with the CP 992 consist perhaps?Ken

RE: CP 995 Kicking Horse Pass Activity Problem

Ken, I have no idea. I just ran the activity today as I was testing some new signal scripts for someone. Had no problem at Banff. The 992 came by me right on time. Where are you stopping to wait for it? I usually hold opposite the station. Uncouple between cars 9 & 10, then pull forward after 992 clears and I have a green at the west switch.

Ken, Look in the readme file for my e-mail address and send me a note. I will send a new apk file for 995. It is possible that yours got corrupted somehow.
