Hey everybody I'm brand new to the train simulator world and I just have a simple question. I've been working on an activity for the NEC and I would like to spice it up a little bit by adding some restricted speed zones, but I don't know how. If anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
In the Activity Editor, you right-click at some point in the route, and select "Define Restricted Speed Zone (start)". A little red flag appears. Now move your mouse over the red flag (do not click on it) and then down the route apiece (again, not clicking). You'll see a red line extending from the flag. Click at the point where you want the zone to stop. You can only go as far as the next switch. To get rid of it, right-click on the flag, then select "Delete".Now you probably want to know how to set what the restricted speed is. If you ever find out, let me know.
This is for a temporary restricted speed zone for use in an activity, not a permenant one. These are set in the AE.Kevin Arceneaux It is time for Amtrak to become a fallen flag!
