Just a note of thanks to all the users that helped me out with my display questions. I'm totaly satisfied with the performance I'm getting at the higher (1280) resolution, and adjusting the monitor controls to re-center the opening screens & menus didn't have an effect at all to my main desktop alignment. What would the average joe like me do without the kind of quick-response help I get from you guys?:):)
