Okay I wish to appologise for being a complete jerk, I definitely take things the wrong way.
Rich has asked me to weather the loco's but have told him that I tend to have very little success in making them look right so that is why I have not tried to weather them.
Anyway again I am sorry for going off the deep end, like I did I tend to get carried away a bit too much, I hope that my foolishness has not upset you in anyway because of my stupid comments.
Also I have been a member of train-sim since 2000.CheersLeith P

RE: Appology to Sniper297

No harm no fowl. I wouldn't say you were being a jerk, just a misunderstanding is all. I'm guessing you're not American by the "Cheers" salutation. That's one thing I keep telling everyone when they get upset over people arguing and starting flamewars, this being an international community misunderstandings are to be expected. Even within the same city people do come from different backgrounds and have different "normal" ways of communicating, where I come from we don't pontificate and call each other "sir" with veiled insults, when the fight's on we break out the bazookas. Nobody ever accused me of being a gentleman and got away with it, stooping lower than the other guy's level is what I do best!
So for the record, if I ever do intend to deliberately insult and offend somebody, there will be no mistake about it, I'm a ghetto rat from the West Side of Chicago, and I don't insinuate. As far as weathering, if you're really serious (Rich wants weathered locos?! ), there's a tutorial on that:http://www.3dtrains.com/guides/gp9/gp9_guide.shtmlAnd it ain't all that easy doing subtle weathering, mine tend to be over weathered.
