Has anyone had a problem loading the NALW GE Megapak? I did get it loaded but it loaded the TRAINS folder into the TRAINS folder. So I ended up with the TRAINS folder in the TRAINS folder. In it were two folders; CONSISTS and TRAINSET. In the TRAINSET folder were all the folders for the 18 locomotives and the Common cab and Common sound. I put these into the TRAINSET folder and the consist into the CONSISTS folder.
When I opened up MSTS I got a message that some of the .eng files where missing from the NALW engines from the former GE-PAK that were deleted as requested prior to loading the mega pak. I loaded the deleted folders from the GE-PAK back into the TRAINSET folder and MSTS seems happy again.
Hope no one else had this problem but would like to hear if they did or if I did something wrong. I've loaded a ton of files before but never had this happen. Even tried it several times but still unpacked the same way to the same folder.
I've read that there are some issues with these engines as far as sounds and lights go. Haven't had time to check them all out yet. NALW has usually had some fine looking and sounding equipment and would expect these will be the same. Pinpuller
