Here is a pic of about of an hour of work. The model itself isn't much work just alot of cutting and pasting. The tough part is going to be textures and articulation points. I have to release them as seperate cars (but all in one pack) that the user will put together as one car in Conbuilder or AE. So what do ya think? I"m not sure if this is going to work. I'm not sure how I would go about modeling a loaded car. There are no middle sections to the car adn the coal simply shifts when the car goes around a curve. This might be beyond the limitations of MSTS. Well any help with textures or the pivot points would be appreciated. Comments welcome! Enjoy!!!
KeithThere is also pics of some other things i'm working on in the trainsim fourm, Under New Equipment.

Is the Eurostar in the file library or do i have to obtain it from another site? How will I get the information that will help me from this? Thank you for the information and comments.

RE: Trough Train Model!!!

I believe that you'll find more folks who can help you with this in the Locomotive Design forum. That's where most of the design-knowledgeable folks tend to hang out. That said, I suspect that you will probably have the best luck doing this beastie as individual units, each of which with one truck. (Except for one of the end units which would need two.) The articulated multi-unit doublestack cars or the two-unit autorack in the File Library are probably good examples of how this can be done.Note: I have not built any models for MSTS, so YMMV.Henry
