A rare find, a Conrail "Quality" SD70 roars by a road nearby Shelby, Montana...

RE: POST YOUR SCREENSHOTS

Some edits from my favourite railway...Germany's DB ...Class 151 heavy freight engine with tank train hooked up. In case you wondered, DB regulations call for the front pantograph (viewed in direction of travel) to be raised if:a) tank cars are coupled right behind the locomotive to avoid risk of fire or explosions due to possible sparks from the overhead wireorb) loaded car carriers (autoracks for our American cousins ) are coupled right behind the engine to prevent those sparks from burning into the cars' paint or windshields. The same also applies if electric engines are operated in multiples, or if there is a cab car right behind the engine with the cab end facing the locomotive.Dominik MannProud Member of the MSTS European Railfans

Hi Kelley,
Here is another Milwaukee Road shot. Due to heavy snow in the Rockies, this priority pig train has been diverted through Raton Pass. A SD40-2 "lightweight". and three U28Bs lead double 45s through the pass.
Thanks for all the hard work and support,
Bob
