Ok Stephen, I am willing to give you another chance......but I am an even keeled person........some others that you have really ticked off may not be so kind.........but, that said, if you make an honest effort to do what you said, I am sure others will follow........A lot of people spend a lot of time working on what you see here and any criticism isn't welcomed........If you don't like something just don't use it......if you are upset by something, then either ask in a courteous way or send them an email.........Make an attempt to be a part of the community, learn to do something, reskinning or whatever......and if you ask for help in a courteous manner you will get it..........These people here are all willing to help someone who is willing to help themselves..........I wish you luck.Tim The Spur Line http://tahunter.net/thespurline Appalachia RR - Midwest & Rocky Mountain RR - ADFRR Route
If you learnt to type properly, used words which actually appear in the english language, and generally acted like a half decent human being, you might get more sympathy. LOL.FatController
Hi Stephen or Robert or whoever you actually are;You made this same plea for forgiveness about two weeks ago. In the meantime you were banned from MSTS Chat.It would seem that you do not learn from your mistakes. Most of your posts have to do with your being unhappy with items that were made available to you for free. As late as last evening you were complaining that the Train Artisan Light Mountain Cab was a waste of time. If you think that you can do better please post some examples of your creations to this web site so that we can evaluate them.I would suggest that if you want to be embraced by this community that you think about what impact your post will have before you click the 'Post Message' button. Being negative all the time is not constructive and in no way inspires the people with creative talent to do better.Creating new user names to hide behind is not going to do you any good if you continue on your current path.Just some food for thought;Randy
On the one hand I subscribe to Tim's philosophy. On the other hand I can't help but think Kevin's take on this is closer to my real thoughts. This community is much too important to a lot of people to be bothered by some of the negativism and downright meanness displayed by a few of the "posters". I am not sure they have a clue as to what this forum is all about. They just want to use it as a soap box to vent their bad manners. After all, they are not face to face with those who they are attacking. They can hide behind user names and attack again. The best weapon might be to ignore them. However, when one, or one's friends, are being attacked it is not always possible to not strike back. So, maybe, this is my way of striking back. I realize it is not a very heavy blow but I do want to show my whole hearted support for all of you who have contributed so much for our enjoyment. As for me, without this forum MSTS would have amused me for a little while and then ended up on a back burner. With this forum it is a growing source of learning and enjoyment. Once again, thanks to all of you contributors! D. C. Morris
