There are no pets allowed in the apartment where I live.So these are my pets. This also gave me a chance to try out my new 5 mega pixel digital camera. My Computer specs are in my profile Mike "
I moved into this apartment in 1988. The building was brand new & I was the third Tennant to occupy the building. The no pet rule was hard & fast when I moved in. The rent was $525.00 per month for a 1 bedroom unfurnished. About 5 years down the road they relaxed the no pet rule. all of a sudden there was a lot of barking & pet droppings in the hallways. Despite warning to the tenants, the mess & noise continued. So the rule was re-instated. The rent is now up to $609.00 per month. Not to shabby for 17 years. I would have liked to have had a cat, but I guess I can do without. Beats paying higher rent, about $200 more than I pay now. My Computer specs are in my profile Mike "
609 US$ for a single bedroom? How many square metres??? Sounds not too much for me... I'm paying 520€ for a 55 sqm one bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and storeroom, that's like 698 US$..... *shock*I'm stunned by the exchange rate...I am quite happy none of my direct neighbours have any pets. Besides there are plenty of cats in the neighbourhood anyway making enough noise plus the dog in the other house. Cheers!Sebastian

BAD Mr. Mike!Cats can be good friends, but they make messes all over, and if they get some viruses, you're going to have to pay a lot of money for medication.Might I suggest a gerbil? They're pretty easy to teach.

Not if you train them correctly and use somthing called a "Litter Box" I've got 2 cats and they don't mess up my house at all. -Dave, Secretary of the Scrap the SD60F federation!
