I found this from my photos of our trip to Oregon last year. The blue picture on the bottom of the sign is on all the tsunami evacuation route signs. I tried to get a picture of some but we went pass'em too fast. There were signs on a road leading to a higher area that said Leaving Tsunami hazard zone and entering tsunami hazard zone on the way down. Too bad they didn't have this info in Asia no less any warning.
