A test to prove that Christmas is the most selfish day of the year.I would imagine the USA would come out better than the UK in this respect, but if you were to knock on any door (especially here in the UK) on Christmas Day asking for some help or kindness, you would be greeted with the remark "It is Christmas day you know!" which would be accompanied by a scowl before the door was slammed in your face.
