Great first attempt! The key to learning to weather is to jump right in and get dirty. A good way to start is studying prototype photos of cars to recognize patterns of weathering and what typical colors occur. Remember to build your weathering up in layers, a few light coats is better than one heavy application. Also, try to ordinate spills down in streaks, to avoid a "smeared" on look. Study photos and try various techniques on "junk" cars you have laying around to master your skills. Weathering is very rewarding and improves the enjoyment of the hobby. I think that the amount of dust is ok,but I can see brush marks. Also, there are areas where the red is still to dark for such a heavily weathered car.You might want to try powdered chalk.
