I recently uninstalled several components that were part of a computer game (mod tools that were options during the original installation, I decided I didn't need them) then later when I tried to play the game it wouldn't work. So I went to uninstall the game, but it didn't appear in the remove programs list. I put the CD in and clicked on "uninstall", but all it did was close the setup. I went to run, clicked on the disc drive and then "setup", it appeared to be working, I got to the part that says to "select the options you wish to install/deselect the options to uninstall". The game was checked and said "installed", so I unchecked it and hit next, but the setup closed again. So even though it is still on my computer, I can't play it and I can't uninstall it. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.C h r i s
Go to your control panel and click on add/remove program. See if it's there and then try to uninstall it there. If that doesn't work. The Program may still be in your Program files. You might be able to delete it there. Ken Plaza
Ok I got it fixed, went to run, drive y, setup, and went through the install process again. although it didn't appear to be doing anything I waited for a long time and it asked for the next disc and finally installed.C h r i s
