Good morning peoples,I'm thinking of biting the bullet and switching from 2000 Pro to XP when I do my hardware upgrade. The problem I have is I don't know whether to get the Home edition of the Professional package. What's the difference, anyway, besides one costs about twice the other? According to the Microsoft site, the Professional edition has a lot of networking and added security stuff in it, but I thought I heard someone also say that it had a lot of disk maintenance and utilities added that the Home Edition didn't include - and that the Home edition would not allow repartitioning of your hard drives. Is this right?Larry Steiner

Ever since upgrading my XP Home to SP2, the 'Home Edition' logo does not appear on my booting screen. I wonder if the Home version is upgraded during installation of SP2...?
