Kerry won, though I must say Bush did better than last time...Jonathan Nikiforovs. Milepost 180, CP Belleville Sub.Repainter for Yonder Locomotive Works.

That was my thought too. Bush did do better, but he didn't really do his homework as well as Kerry did. Kerry cited several specific facts that would've taken more than just googling to find. Bush just went to the senate voting record, and used that. Also, who is Robert Rubin? Kerry=2 Bush=0

>Bush just went to the senate voting How does he even have a voting record? Did he vote by absentee ballot? I'm sure that plenty of senetors don't show up a lot but Kerry's attendence record is insulting, and shows a total lack of any regard for his constituants. Even if its a vote I don't agree with, he needs to show up to vote. He is not representing those who elected him because he is busy jockeying for more power. > Also, who is Robert Rubin? Well not sure what you are getting at, but Robert Rubin was the Secretary of the Treasury under Slick Willy. If the name sounds familiar it's because it is signed on half the greenbacks in your wallet right now.
>>>Bush did better than last time...<<<Well...that doesn't take much. I did count he blinked 758 times during the debate. From what i learnt in scool wheen a person blinks alot hes lying.

You know I was watching The Daily Show with John Stewart and they had on Bill O' Reilly and he said that if Bush didn't win the second debate that he would lose the election. Thats just what I heard.

Interesting article.>>>"President Nixon's blink rate markedly increased when he was asked a question he was not prepared to answer," Stern says. "His speech was well-controlled and did not manifest other symptoms of anxiety, but you could see it in his eyes.<<<I think this applies to Bush as well. His eyes were flapping like a bird in flight.I was going to replay the tape and count them but I just don't have the time.Bob
