I just received my copy today of the LNER add-on CD. The service from this company is second to none. I had messed up my order (without knowing it), and I had contacted Blue Arrow to find out where my order was. Within minutes of me sending my email I had a response that they were working on tracing my order. From that point on Mike and Kim pulled out all the stops to try to get it to me ASAP - even though the problem had been caused by me all along! And I daresay that if it wasn't for the crap postal service I would have had it a day sooner - LOL. This company is, without doubt, the best company I've had pleasure to do business with regarding MSTS.As for the LNER pack - well all my expectations were met - and more! And the sounds are a real bonus in this set. This is another superb add-on by Blue Arrow.Now, fancy doing some American stuff? Cheers Ken
