The scenery looks very good, but I'm concerned about your statement that it will be all custom! Will this route be able to be converted to MSTS2? With the neccessity of going through a conversion process the conversion program will need to know what it is converting. Being all custom scenery models, how will that program be able to determine it's converting a signal vs a house.
Kuju is providing a converter(hope it's not buggy!) so the route will work in MSTS 2 but the activities may not.
--You are reading my signature now, don't waste your time reading it!-- Eh, where did my signature go? Where has my favourite LUL train gone? Maybe it was sent for bolt checking again...
The route has been created to be as compatible as possible with MSTS2. This is difficult considering that MSTS2 is not available yet but by sticking to standard procedures, the creators hope that it will be compatible.David (SVR Beta test team)
They've tried to make it compatible as much as possible. The most obvious downside being the use of default track over Tim Booth's excellent UK FineScale track system which would have made a brilliant project into a perfect one (see http://addons.trainsimfiles.co.uk/ukfinescale.shtml ). Unfortunately a route that wasn't forwards compatible would be good, not perfect, if you catch my drift.
