Okay, MSTS2 isn't even on the shelf, but I already want to make my suggestions for version 3:- Southern Hemisphere:Lets add some routes from South America, Africa and Australia/New Zealand. Currently this half of the world goes almost unrepresented as far as routes go.- Freight Activity interaction (loading/unloading).- cab direction toggleI see no reason why you can't toggle from one cab to another, especially if the train is stationary. This would make switching and shuttle activities more realistic.- Service toggleAn extension of cab toggle. If two trains are stationary, what is stopping you from taking control of an AI train, and the AI taking control of yours? This would really make things different.

MSTS 2 isn't even out yet and you're talking about what you want to see in 3? Go enjoy 1, and who knows, maybe some of this stuff that you want WILL be in MSTS 2! Sheesh.

RE: Wishlist for MSTS3

Bloody Perth to Sydney? I dont have the 64 hours it would take to do that! Heck, 478km of the 4000km+ route is a dead straight line, it would take nearly 5 hours for that bit alone! If an aussie route were to be made, I'd like to see the short north - Sydney to Newcastle, a nice managable 169km or so.Anyway, continuing on in the topic of this thread. I would like to see a few things brought in for Microsoft Train Simulator 62. 3d holographic imaging, motion simulation (i.e: the chair you sit on moves to simulate train rocking etc), 50000000 poly representations of 50000 locomotive types (each accurate to within 10 nanometres), insects, fully interactive animals and people, and a dead kangaroo every few hundred metres on an Aussie route (exactly like the real thing!!!).Of course it would require a pentium 98 9000 terahertz machine with a 128gb nvida graphics card and a 10000 terabyte hard drive. Might have to wait a few months.Wishlist for MSTS3 – image 4
