The reason I say TA is because looking at the screenshots, and the Pennsy steamer and cars, that sure looks like TA's work. And the fact that they have already did work with TA on the 1.2 update that further pushes my assesment towards TA.
I say three Microsoft Kuju TA.Microsoft an Train Artisan for the train models and last but no least kuju for the people, routes, and buildings and also turntables.
I'd guess some of the European developers would be involved too.. Pro-Train with the modern-day German and Swiss stuff, and the British guys who made the Class 50 add-on with the UK route, perhaps?
As posted elsewhere, MS and Kuju are creating the content for MSTS2. According to Rick Selby at MS, there are no 3rd party developers involved.Cheers! Marc - 3DTrains http://www.3dtrains.comPro Series SuperPacks
Marc, I would say that Rick Shelby is blowing smoke to cover what is going on with MSTS2. If there are third parties involved: 1. They will not be saying anything due to NDA's and 2. M$ won't reveal that kind of detail until release in the acknowledgements.
Sharon Evans Glen Allen, Virginia Activities are what makes MSTS run.
