Release Date 6/1/2004P.S. yeah yeah yeah...........we know we will believe it when it shows....... I know I know........ Save those replies.But....... Gamespy site 6/1/2004 + Ebgames site 7/1/2004.......were getting there. All we need is almighty Amazon to "take the hook".The Tease Continues...... even if it is a weak one at that.....And No ! the MS games site has no news on a release.......

Amazon.de tells me my preordered copy of MSTS will be shipped on 05/05/2004. And still - you might be surprised - I don't believe it.

Can AMAZON tell you what this "NEW" release of MSTS-2 they are showing on their site contains, they are able to ship on the that date ?According to the picture on their Web Page I have seen before, was it not the one on the cover of last year's announced MSTS-2, this does not look like a NEW Version to me ? It's still the same old cover, nothing new; they only change the date of release from time to time (I think this is the third time the shipping date has been postponed) ... as I said: I don't believe it and frankly I doubt very much that we'll see MSTS 2 in 2004 or ever.

I am going to make my own personal bet. For the record I think we are going to get a "stocking Stuffer" version of MSTS 2 this time around. There is too much evidence(smoke), on new release dates notes for the Software/game sites , for there not to be Fire.....At the Computer Geek show they will announce that a Great New version will come in 2005.I get this idea by visiting all the other retail sites in the US and Europe. Also due to the lack of Marketing umph from MS on this.Butttt, I do think they will release "something" to wet our appetite.dg

I have been told that EB Games has sent out emails CANCELLING ALL PRE-ORDERS for MSTS-2...... You cannot rely on what these internet vendor sites claim. They are not publishing the game, they are selling them.
As of right now, it ain't gonna happen...... LIVE WITH IT.... MSTS2 is VAPORWARE Bill

Yeah, I saw it on MSN forum. No name on it, but the game seems to have been removed from the EBGames future releases site.
Like I said a good tease for a few days........

IMHO, the silence from Microsoft should be enough that we need that MSTS 2 has been scrapped. Why haven't they release any press about scrapping it? Well lets think about it. Would it really be a wise move for Microsoft to come out and say "Hey we cancelled MSTS 2 after showing it at an E3 Expo a year ago!" I think they are just sneaking it out the back door and hope that we forget about it and move on to something else.
