Well it's clearly a reliable source, isn't it.A one paragraph comment from someone who obviously has no idea at all what he's on about and has no experience in the Train-Sim area.In fact, the only good thing on the entire site was the release date for MSTS 2:'2022-02-02'Probably hit the nail on the head there.Koz

HiIf you look at some of the many European MSTS sites Version 2 is already being advertised for sale at around 40 Euros and has been for some weeks now.Makes you wonder wether the UK is'nt at the end of some remote siding when it comes to rail-sim distribution.
The same thing happenned when Trainz was first released.I think it must be just around the corner as my local software store has just reduced all the MSTS addons like SVR, London - Brighton and Cambrian Express. Now I can get all these of course I will be skint when MSTS2 does suddenly arrive on the shelves !Cheers

MTS1 itself has now been "bargain basemented" in my local Game store. On sale for £19.99.

I have found in the past that when this store starts drasticaly cutting prices of foregone versions along with associated software add-ons there is something on the horizon.They have done it with each succesive Flight Sim version.Cheers

Would be nice if that was the case but even setting aside my pessimism about MTS2 ever happening, I suspect it's probably just a stock taking clear out.Let's face it, how many three year old games do you normally see in game shops? Since playing X2, I've been trying to track down a copy of Conflict Freespace 2 for a couple of months now and that's aroud two years old. I also wanted a copy of Freelancer but can't find that anywhere either.As you can see when I'm not driving virtual trains, I'm driving virtual spacecraft!
