Thank you for your enquiry regarding Microsoft PC games.
The Australian release date for Train Simulator 2.0 has not yet been finalised, however I can confirm it is likely to be after the first quarter of 2004.

Like I asked in the other Forum, Bill, did you are anybody else call Microsoft Sales ? And if so what was their answer ?"Likely to be after the first quarter of 2004" tells us nothing ! MICROSOFT U.K. know nothing, not even a "Likely" date, not until Redmond tells them, they told me once before ! Today's call seems to have been diverted to an Indian Call Centre, the guy answering not even having an idea what I was talking about, keeping me hanging about to find an answer by probably going Online to Microsoft to find out ! Got fed up waiting and hung up after a while ! Looks like MICROSOFT AUSTRALIA are more organised ? O t t o
Still a shot in the dark and I think, to be honest, if a Q2 2004 release was on the cards there would be official confirmation on the MS parent site and the start of a publicity campaign. MTS1 was being previewed in game mags 6 - 9 months prior to release and webmasters such as myself were getting official information a good 6 months prior to release.I still reckon Q2 2005 is more likely!
