It is probably known to the team creating MSTS2, but they are not talking (yet). Otherwise, everyone else does not know for sure when it will become available. But, if by chance some other people know, they are not telling either.So, sorry, you'll just have to wait and see what happens like most of us.

After Micro$ofts parting Kuju, along with a lack of development updates, it has also been speculated that Micro$oft is re-doing the product, to their specifications as opposed to Kuju's. Based on the first version of MSTS (Microsoft & Kuju), this would likely result in significantly improved, less buggy software. Or, it could be typical Microsoft, pushing an original release date back 6 months (original release date was November/December 03). Like I said, at this point pretty much anything is just speculation.
