Some of you folks using MSTS-I have been experiencing a problem in which "snow," when selected as the precipitation for an activity, causes the program to crash after the loading bar is filled. Will this be remedied in MSTS-II?

Never once seen that happen. Sounds like a video card/driver issue.

It used to happen on my SiS530. I checked the option in the troubleshooter and it disapeared. Though once I upgraded to my geforce 2... it never happened again.Looks Like a Pony
