I think all that is known is that it is a coal route and that an NS spartan-cab SD70 is one of the included locos...

Okay, I've got some info! The route is called Norfolk Terminal, it is on the Virginia Division, and yes, it is indeed a heavy coal hauling route. Some it is supposedly on the old Virginia Railway trackage.
