Does it mean weather can change? Does it mean you can see effects of weather (like snow piling up)? Does it mean that rivers will actually get bigger with rain and that puddles will appear? Does it mean live weather? Does anyone know?Thanks!

I thnk it means: Stick your head out the window, see if it is raining. If it is, get your head back inside. That's dynamic, isn't it?Bing

My guess is it means that rather than choose a specific weather condition at the start of a session, (Snow, Rain, Sun), the weather will adjust itself. Start off with Sun, changes to Rain, ends with Snow depending on where your at in the route. Dynamic meaning the weather can change by itself inside a single session.

I think in this case "dynamic" may "dynamite" the frame rates.
