Hi, I have still got problems installing BVE 2.5.3. The downloaded exe is the same as what it says on the website and the 4 files all extract. I don't know how relevant to your problem this is, but I couldn't get the install program to work either but if you just extract the cab file in to the c:\program file\bve folder then the game runs perfectly.Cheers
