POLL: Being in my final year at uni now, I have a lot of work to do, so I was wondering: Would people prefer to get the main Ramsbury route (ie Highbridge - Whelford) first then the remainder as an add-on when I find time, or should I just release the lot when complete?? This seems... slightly... pointless... but that's just my opinion. Chances are pretty good you won't come back to it for quite a while, if ever (no offense, it's called having a life, and it happens ) so it's probably a better rule of thumb to release what you have now. If you never finish the rest... well, so be it. Tim Frost NVTA Subway routes for BVE: The Union Atlantic Railroad: Your stuff's important!
Chances are pretty good you won't come back to it >for quite a while, if ever (no offense, it's called having a >life, and it happens )I don't really intend to stop it, but the rate will slow dramatically due to me "having a life", I was just wondering what other peoples opinions would be!
Realese what you have and then add-ons because:1) You can get feedback from the BVE community about how to make the route better in your add-ons and,2) There is a good fealing wen you release something and will make you feel like you want to carry on releasing add-ons.Just my oppinion Derek kaye
This is pretty much what I expected, but I don't want people to get the wrong idea. It will still be a couple of weeks at least before the route even stands a chance of being ready, still have last stations to do (with some interesting trackwork), the sounds/passing trains to sort, then maybe a bit of detail added. Will keep people updated.
