Hi guys,This is applied in particular to those of you that came lately in the BVE community, but, while not, it could be also a sweet nostalgia for some BVE "veterans" (like it has been for me).Incidentally I've found an old backup of my links made in February 2001 with an address still working: it is http://creature-web.hp.infoseek.co.jp/Simulator/EnglishSimulator.htm
This is a web page posted by Newrail about 3 years ago. He was a Japanese guy that contributed to share this simulator to English speaker trainsim fans. One of the first working routes I downloaded in December 2000 is still available from that page: the route's name is Tokyu-Denentoshi Futakotamagawa-Cyuorinkan Exp. It's 21Km long: don't wait for phantasmagoric details, it's very basic if compared with today's addons, but in those times it was much better then Mechanik!
Don't forget that it was the BVE 1.22.0005 era in those times and that there was still no Track viewer to help building routes! The route comes with a train and there is a patch from Japanese to English for the route file and the train's panel that are in Japanese.
I've found only one error running it now under 2.5.3 version (Oldstrc.exe by Mackoy needs to be installed).Cheers,
Luigi Cartello

Sorry, I'll take it back - on today's evening it's O.K. Downloaded file from the first page was corrupted.
